What are the different offers or designs of ChargeNest available?

We offer two solutions – ChargeNest (only charger canopy) and ChargeNest Pro (charger with canopy). There are two designs available for ChargeNest, viz., Greeny and Diverge. Both designs have 3 options, i.e., basement, short roof and full roof, ranging from 50sqft to 200sqft. Both designs can be provided in a series of multiple charging points, i.e., more than one in a row.

What is ChargeNest?

ChargeNest is an aesthetically appealing modular Electric Vehicle Charging Station that helps you in recharging your plug-in electric vehicles. ChargeNest has unique design versions suitable for both indoor and outdoor site demands. The complete structure is made from Steel and FRP material and has a superior finish, look and appeal. ChargeNest can also be used for variety of applications, both personal and commercial.

What is included in the price?

Price includes the supply and installation of structure at site. If RCC foundation is present at site, the foundation cost is included in pricing. If not, foundation cost can be determined post site inspection by our team and will depend on the amount of work to be done at site. The pricing excludes transportation cost.

Is there any annual maintenance cost for the chargers?

The annual maintenance cost depends on your requirement, i.e., whether it is for 1 year, 2 year or 5 year. It will be included in the offer once the requirement is finalized.

Can the gun type be changed in the charger at a later date?

No, currently there is no provision to change the type of Gun in Charger.

What are the different capacity of fast charging options available?

We provide fast DC chargers ranging from 15 kW to 100kW. Common options available are – 15kW, 25kW, 30kW, 50kW, 60kW, 100kW, 120kW

Will there be any Mobile App that will be provided with the charger?

Yes, we integrate a mobile-based application with the charger as per customers requirement. However, payment gateway confirmation and one SIM card (GSM) needs to be provided by the customer during integration.

What are the color options available?

The color options are as per our standard design. However, we can customize the color as per customer requirement at an additional cost.

Is there any facility for after-sales support?

We take care of the manufacturing defects for one year after the project delivery date. This includes the steel structure defect. The structure should not be mishandled in any case. In case of ChargeNest Pro we provide after sales support for charger maintenance on a chargeable basis through an annual maintenance contract.

How is transportation arranged?

Transportation to your site is arranged by us. The cost will be determined post confirmation of site location.

How do you take care of the rusting of steel structure?

Our steel is galvanized with zinc coating which is rust resistant.

Will the finish of the paint peel off or get spoilt?

The finish of the paint will not be spoiled unless it comes in contact with harsh chemical or a manual degradation using sharp objects. Sunlight and rain do not affect the product.

Can we get the sizes customized?

No, the sizes are standard. However, we can customize a series version, i.e., installing multiple units in a row). The area can range from 50 sq ft to 200 sq ft as per your requirement for a single canopy.

Do I need permission for it from local authorities to install ChargeNest?

It depends on the laws of the location and local construction rules and regulations. Obtaining permission from local authorities is the responsibility of the customer. This unit comes under prefabricated construction. The major clearance required is land clearance for installation.

How is electrical wiring done?

Wiring is concealed, similar to normal construction

Where all can ChargeNest be installed?

It can be built over ground (open area) or in the basement of a complex based on the requirement. The cost of foundation will be extra if RCC is not present at site.

Does the customer have to arrange for anything?

Yes, the customer has to provide the following: Electric connections up to the charging station Space for material storage Land clearance certificate GIS survey to understand if any underground cable is present at site. If App is required, on GSM SIM card and payment gateway option need to be provided. Company signages/ logos for flex branding

Is there any branding space available on the ChargeNest unit?

We offer flex branding as a default option in our offer and it will be done by us. However, the provision is there for backlit and stickering branding as well. We can do both these types of branding as well for our customer. However, these are not a part of the offer and will be done at an additional cost.
